The role will initially be based in EYFS/KS1 and is suitable for ECT’s and more experienced teachers.

  • Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the curriculum.
  • A creative, reflective approach which motivates, challenges and supports every child.
  • The ability to adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
  • A nurturing, emotionally intelligent approach to children’s social and emotional wellbeing.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with children, colleagues and families.
  • A kind, patient, intuitive and positive approach to teaching and learning.
  • A commitment to professional development.

In return, we can offer you:

  • A supportive and compassionate senior leadership team.
  • A warm, positive school culture and ethos, with high expectations.
  • A genuine commitment to staff wellbeing and work-life balance.
  • A positive and thriving school environment. Our most recent Ofsted inspection was in March 2026 and will be published soon.
  • Supportive and engaged parents and community.
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • A beautiful village location and small-school feel, where your contribution is truly valued.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and become part of something special, we’d love to hear from you.
